2009-2010 UNC Track & Field Open Training Camps

This camp is for any athlete that wants to learn proper
running mechanics, mobility, and flexibility; weight training
and speed development; elastic strength,
speed strength, lateral speed, and backward speed.

                                                              Who will benefit?

 

If you play football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer or compete in Track and Field, UNC Track camps is where you need to be. The camp is conducted by UNC Men's and Women's Assistant Track and Field Coach, Anthony Parker and other current Tar Heel team members. This camp will help improve the overall athleticism that will maximize each campers performance in their respective sport..
