2009-2010 UNC Track & Field Open Training Camps

This camp is for any athlete that wants to learn proper
running mechanics, mobility, and flexibility; weight training
and speed development; elastic strength,
speed strength, lateral speed, and backward speed.

 

  Beginning October 12, 2009

Every Monday & Wednesday

5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Eddie Smith Field House (indoor Track/next to outdoor track and soccer field)
